I really don't know if this is bug or not

but when I am going to see my update history - from change pc setting - update & recovey

I cant see any list of hotfixis installed ,  although in desktop mode I can see all the updates I have installed ...

the list is empty - only white screen

why ?

In normal conditions, you can find the installed update list in this interface. there must be some problem with it.

you can try to creat a new accout for test, check whether there is a same problem.

In addition, you can access to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Packages and check the permission of this key. make sure your account have the permission to access it.
