I received this error code when attempting to download updates for my Canon printer. I was able to download them until this past weekend. I can update my Security Essentials, and other updates, but not this one. What could be the cause? Thanks.Gregory Dean

Thanks Spencer for your suggestions. Upon downloading the Microsoft fixit tool and running the appl, that program encounters an error and is unable to complete the processing of correcting issues. I will try the steps in your second reply.Gregory Dean

Hi, Try another way as following show: 1.Rirght click your computer-->properties-->Device Manager 2.Find your printer device icon and right click it, then select update driver software. 3. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software option. Let me know the results.
