Update-Popup in Skype for Business-Client

We get despite current clients (Lync 2013 15.0.4727.1001 32bit) again the following popup that there is a new version of Skype for Business Client. When you click it, an error message appeared, that the service is not available.

The message always comes back when it comes to changes or interruptions of the network connection. It affects all of the newer client-versions updated from Lync client. Although to reset the UI from Skype to Lync, we get the message.

But we suspect that it has to do with our network or our proxy server.

Does anyone have any idea about this?
