Dear Team,

I am Vishnu from Sify technology, i am using window 8 in  my laptop and desktops nearly 50 and above in that laptop facing many issues like wifi issue and vpn issue ect., so that i would like to upgrade from windows 8 to windows 8.1 without formatting please help me on this...

Hi Vishnu!

The upgrade you need is called KB2919355 and it's just an update, so there is no need to format or do anything more than to install it.

If we have got Windows 8 ,we can upgrade to Windows 8.1 for free and we will keep the data and files .
