Unusual Output from Tracert Command
I've searched Microsoft's tracert documentation and the Internet but can't find an answer to this... I'm running a tracert command and the results come back like this: On hops 3,4 and 6 the address column shows a 2-digit number preceding the IP address in brackets, like 15 [10.46.7.9]. What is the meaning of the 2-digit number preceding the IP address? Thanks in advance for anyone that can provide this information.
