hi , I am facing this problem where my Window 8 can read my Iphone 6 but i cannot open the internal storage , where all my Iphone pictures is in there... but my itunes can read my Iphone. 

Try connecting it to different PC, if possible and check whether problem reproduces?

Can you open the picture storage before?

Based on my knowledge, there are limitation in iphone to block Windows to view the picture folder.
