Unsafe sites informed by Norton Internet Security
Norton Internet Security ver 2009 informs me that when I go to a certain site thatit is unsafe and will pull a drop down icon from the menu and tell me the threatname and location. It tells me its a drive-by download named "HTTP Suspicious Executable Image Download" This site is where I want to take an online class and have already taken a demo class from this site and did not notice it then. Is it my computer or is it the site that I want to go to . ? I have run a virus scan and no major viruses come up through norton. Maybe just some "low risk" cookies. Thanks if anyone has the answer. Oh I have windows xp ser. pack 31 person needs an answerI do too

This is coming from some sort of "safe site" component in Norton Internet Security. You need to take this up with Norton tech support or read the Norton Help files to see how to make exclusions for whatever component of the program is "protecting" you this way. http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/index.html - Symantec tech support symantec.customerservice.general - Symantec newsgroup http://community.norton.com/norton/ - Norton forum Norton hot issues and hot fixes - http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=Announcements&message.id=17 MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
