After i updated my Lenovo G580 20150 to Win 8.1 all 3 USB ports stopped working. Now i can't use any USB device (Mouse, Flash drive, portable HDD etc, all working on my other Win8 computers). Below are some screen shots for further information.

Please help to resolve this issue.

i dont see hardware ID under description tab

also Lenovo support site is not listing any driver, and says driver gets with windows update. I have already installed all the latest windows updates available.

A quick search on Lenovo.com shows that several Windows 8 and 8.1 drivers are available for your laptop, including those for your BIOS and chipset, which you didnt mention already installing.

I would download those directly from Lenovo and install them.  It may be that you have the correct USB drivers already but if your BIOS or chipset doesnt know how to communicate with the USB ports, this could be what is causing your problem.
