Uninstalling a program
In trying to install an iTunes upgrade, I am unable to remove the old version. When using the Change/Remove I get "The feature you are trying to use is on a network source that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an altenate path to a folder containing the installation package QuickTime.msi". When I right click on the program to uninstall I get "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed". The message from the iTunes download is the previous version could not be removed. The program was originally installed on this computer, then transferred to another which has subsequently crashed.

Hi,· Which version of iTunes is installed on the system? Based on that version, I would suggest you to reinstall that version of iTunes on the system and then try to uninstall it and check whether you are able to uninstall it from the system or not. I would suggest you to check the link mentioned below for further details.http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925 For further support, I would suggest you to contact the Apple iTunes forums.http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=149 Thank you and Regards.
