Uninstalled ISA Server 2004, now all Windows 7 Computers browse network slow, and Outlook doesn't perform the same.

Uninstalled ISA Server 2004 from Windows SBS Server 2003, now all Windows 7 (64bit) Computers browse network slow, and Outlook doesn't perform the same. All IE browsing functions very fast. Suspect RPC. Any IDEAS?
