Uninstall programs

If Revo doesn't do it for you, then you'll have to reinstall the programs before doing an uninstall.

I accidentally delete some file in "AppData" folder and some programs are not functioning properly and when i try to delete/uninstall them i am unable.
PLEASE help
I try using command prompt but that fail, infact command prompt show that the process was successful but the programs are still install.
I am using window 7
