(Plz forgive me if I didn't check the right forum categories) I am wanting to upgrade to Windows 8.1, but every time I try I keep getting a message that I need to uninstall  ASUS AI Charger Plus. I have gone though every step I know to try to find and uninstall it, but haven't been able to yet. Can someone PLZ help me? Ty so much for your help and time.
