Does anyone know how to uninstall 7 Ultimate? I am trying to set up my HP MediaSmart Connect and cannot because this OS is not recognized. Thanks in advance for any help.

1st have you tried the drivers in compatibility mode?2nd. unless you are Dual booting, with a second operating system, then i believe you will need to format the partition/hard drive that Windows 7 is on and then re-install your previous operating system.

No Problem, let us know if it works. I presume you're referring to the compatibility mode. You might also need to enable Run as Administrator, also found at the bottom of the compatibility Tab.
