Unidentified network connection
Hello, I have windows 7 enterprise and have issues with my network connection. I have checked the ethernet cable, refreshed/renewed the ip, uninstalled/reinstalled the adapter, updated the drivers, reinstalled windows, and checked the dhcp server. Even if I assign it manual ip address I cannot get the computer to connect to the network or internet. Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. Hi , I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue: 1.Try to run the networking troubleshooter and check if it helps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-networking-troubleshooters 2. Temporally disable firewall on your machine. 3. Register DNS via command on Windows 7: ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns 4.Try to reset the TCP/IP and check if it helps.
