Unidentified Network no internet access
So i set up several new windows 7 professional pc's at our local office. Added them to the domain installed programs etc etc, 2 user in a remote office can't get on the domain. When he starts his pc he gets a unidentified network no internet access. i do a ipconfig /all and the pc gets a 169.xxx.xxx.xxx address which to me indicates a DHCP problem, i then tried a ipconfig /release ...renew no help. went to network sharing center and and disabled local network adaptor and then re-enabled no help. replaced network cable, moved pc to new jack no help. Went through services ..DHCP is enabled DNS is enabled. Checked the TCP/IP properties all seem good.. Its weird while in our main office i was having no issues with the pc ...its not until he plugs it in at the remote office that all the sudden no connection.. and yes others at the office with new pc's are connected. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, First, I would like to ask you some questions below: 1. Does remote office of the 2 user’s computer have DHCP server in the Lan. 2. How do you set up let the two remote computers connect the main office. If you already had a DHCP server in the Lan. You may kindly refer to the following steps: 3. Update your network adapter’s driver to latest version. 4. Change your network adapter’s MAC address to have a try. 5. Check whether the wired cable is too long. 6. Uninstall the adapter, then try to reinstall it.
