Unidentified Network and Internet Browser errors?
Hi, I have an HP G-62OUS Notebook that I recently purchased. It runs on windows 7, and the wireless internet connection was working fine until a few days ago. From no where, the connection stopped working. I checked, and it says "Unidentified Network"
and the troubleshooter could not fix the problem. I have tried the "route delete 0.0.0.0" solution I've found in a similar thread, and it worked until my computer restarted. I remember right before I restarted it the connection was fine, but IE and
Firefox did not work and were having connection problems. I know the connection was fine because I was able to use Aol Instant Messenger. Now that solution does not work for me. I don't have the adobe programs installed that have been known to be causing
the issue, but due to my basic knowledge I could be wrong. I am a very inexperienced laptop user, and would like easy instructions to follow. This problem has been fairly annoying and I would like to have it solved soon. Thank you!
