I just clicked IGNORE this device on Bluetooth.

Now I want to find the device and PAIR with it again.  

I cannot find it.  I have re-booted the HP laptop, rebooted the Bluetooth Sony Speakers .. but the PC cannot find the Bluetooth device, let alone pair with it.

Any advice?

How do you ignore the device on Bluetooth? Do you mean remove?

Please try to update the driver of Blue tooth in the Windows 8.1.
And then check if you can find the Sony Speakers and pair.
