Unable to upgrade 8.1 Pro

Dear Team,

I've Commercial volume licensing for several windows based product. Recently we're trying to upgrade windows 8 pro to windows 8.1 Pro, but after following on screen option process was terminated once it completed to 37%. I tried to several machine from several media. Pl help.

Did you use any download manager to download Windows?

Are you using same installation file in different media?

You installation file might corrupted and cause this problem.

You have to install the Windows 8.1 Update to the current Windows 8 installation before upgrading to Windows 8.1 Pro using Volume Lice

What errors do you get when it fails?  What is in the setupact.log, is it available for download?

Hi, Yes i used internet download manager to download this media because it is 3.58 GB. No i tried download 3 times. May be my installation source is corrupt but how can i resolve it.

Setupact.log is

After completing of 37% error message is Windows 8.1 installation has failed.

Hi,

The Setupact log you provide is too small. Why not upload this log to your OneDrive and share with us. It would be more convient for us to help you resolve this problem.

Thanks for your support, but still my Problem is not resolved. 

I uploaded full Setupact.log ( C:\Windows\setupact.log). Only 3 lines are there & size is 1 KB.

Hello,

Wrong location for the setupact.log.

It's probably at C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

Depends on where you are at in setup. use the paths in this article to determine where the log may be

Thanks all of you, My problem is resolved. Source file is corrupted, I download it without any download manager & burn it on disk. Now every thing is fine. 

But when we upgraded from win 8 to win 8.1, my all program file is uninstall.

Glad to see your problem resolved, for your program uninstall problem, here are some statements about Windows 8.1 upgrade.

Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1 come with some new built-in apps, and it will update or replace some of your existing built-in apps. Your existing Windows Store apps don't come with you, but once the update is complete, you can reinstall all of these apps at onceor just the ones you want.

Please can you tell me how and from where to download the 8.1 pro upgrade?

I have been trying unsuccessfully to upgrade from Win 8.0 pro to Win 8.1 Pro, but store won't allow it and I can't find download elsewhere.
