Unable to update firmware on Polycom cx3000 lync enabled phones

We are facing an issue where we cannot update the firmware on our Polycom CX3000 devices, we have one pool abd have followed the instructions contained in this blog - http://blog.schertz.name/2011/01/updating-lync-phone-edition-devices/

I have tried to use a test device and no update is being applied, the device looks for an update and has the status code (0x0/200). The version we are on is 4.0.7577.4372 and 4.0.7577.4100, we are trying to update to 4.0.7577.4387.

I have checked the logs but cannot see any issues and to be honest they contain so much information.

Please run the command Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus to check the Lync Server replication process works correctly.

Check if there are any related information in the event view of Lync Front End Server.
