Hi, I have multiple VM for deifferent user. suddenly one of them lost RDC from the local system. I have check the firewall and RDC services, all working fine. even I am able to ping the VM. Once I disable the firewall service it's gives request time out from the local system from which we want RDC for this VM. I am not able to telnet the VM's IP on 3389 port. Firewall services are ON on all system through GP but all system is working fine. only this VM has problem. Please help Thanks Avnish

Please allow the remote connection.Right click the mycomputer icon and go to properties. go to remote settings and select allow the connection from the computer button and also add the particular user on the VM remote connection. pleas let us know the result.
