Unable to send or receive emails.
Up until today I was able to receive and send emails. I received an email stating that my mailbox was full and after that I haven't been able to receive or send emails. A large proportion of my inbox was deleted without me doing it. What can I do to fix this problem so that I can send and receive emails again.

You'll need to delete the messages from the server and not from Outlook. Login to the web based mailbox provided by your ISP and remove them from there. To prevent this from happening in the future, you can set Outlook to remove the messages from the server after x days; http://www.msoutlook.info/question/160 Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Outlook guides and more: HowTo-Outlook.com Outlook Quick Tips: MSOutlook.info

Hi, once I open Outlook Express, my emails are no longer on my Webmail (through Optus Zoo). Once they have downloaded on my Outlook Express they automatically delete from the Web.

Considering you are now talking about Outlook Express and not Outlook 2002/XP as indicated in your orignal post, it would be better to continue this in a forum that covers Outlook Express such as; http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/xpnetwork/threads Outlook Express is namely a completely different application as Microsoft Office Outlook and stores it messages in a completely different way. They should be able to help you in the forum indicated above or otherwise try; http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Outlook guides and more: HowTo-Outlook.com Outlook Quick Tips: MSOutlook.info
