Unable to restore Win 8.1 after trying Win10

Hi everyone,
I have a Tecra Z50 from Toshiba delivered with 2 Win 8.1 CDs.

Can someone help with the following problem: I had Win 8.1 OEM delivered with laptop. After the release of Win10 I decided to try it and installed it on the laptop. (Quite at ease cause I had acronis true image installed with regular backups running). Now - after the upgrade the laptop became useless. Internet explorer was restarting non stop, applications were crashing. Decided to restore. First of all - the bootable ISO that I had doesn't boot at all. Second - when I managed to enter the acronis pre-boot service (pressing F11) and restored all partitions except the MBR (cause I use UEFI GPT), after reboot the laptop displays a blue screen.

Then I try to recover completely using the Win 8.1 OEM CDs provided with the laptop. During the load however it displays a message: " \windows\system32\boot\winload.efi is missing or corrupted". Then I downloaded a clean installation from Microsoft. Installed clean 8.1, remade the partitions and after the successful install then tried to boot again from the OEM CDs and repair the install (don't want to pay a new license if I already got one). The result is exactly the same , same mistake for the missing winload.efi file.

Can someone help me - how can I install the OEM windows 8.1? Thank you

You need to go to the computer maker and get a copy of the OEM for your system.  YOu cannot download a non OEM and repair "it" with the OEM CD'S.  The cd's are probably for repair not install.  Does your system have a restore partition?
