I am trying to print to a network printer (a Xerox Phaser 8560DT PS) it is connect via a USB cable to a Microsoft Server 2003 R2 service pack 2 machine, I am trying to print from a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine. I have several Windows 7 64 bit
machines they are all HP ProBook 6360b machines some of them can print to the printer others give me a failed to print message and nothing shows up in the queue. Can some one help me to get all my computers to print.

Does your server hold drivers, which support Win7 64-bit? If not upload
the necessary drivers to your print servers. What happens if you try to
connect to that printer?

Hi,
This issue can be caused by the printer driver. I suggest you try the following:
Reinstall the driver on the problem computer. Please assure that the driver is the latest.
Restart the printer spooler service.
Click Start, type cmd in the Start Search box, right-click cmd,
and then click Run as administrator. Then run the command below.
net stop spooler
net start spooler
3. Using printer driver isolation mode
Click Start, type print management in the Start Search box, and then press enter.
Under the
All Drivers node, find your printer driver, right click it
and select Set Driver Isolation from the context menu, choose
Isolated.

Hope this helps.
