Unable to print locally via a rdp session from a 64bit win7 and remoting a XPsp2 computer
HI I have just moved a client to a new laptop. the old laptop was Xp:sp2 and the computer we rdp to is a xp:sp2. Now we have a win7 64bit prof and rdp to the same remote computer. I can not get it to print locally. is this because the drivers in the win7 is 64bit? I loaded the new drivers on the locall printer and it works fine. But do not see it on a RDP session. Local resources is enabled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.thanks

Hi, According the issue, I just want to know What kind of printer are you using and are you using COM, LPT, USB or is it networked (tcp/ip)? As a test, I suggest that you may try to disable the firewall. Then check the issue again.
