Hello, when I try to open any folder in win 7(64 bit) the taskbar icon appears but I am unable to access the actual folder, it will just not display. I can open programs and I have scanned with malwarebytes and ESET and neither discovered any problems. This just started this morning and I am unable to figure out why. System restore only gives me one time and that is after this problem started so I cannot revert back to a known functional date. Thank you for any guidance in this issue.

Disregard please I figured it out, it had to do with having two monitors and CCC settings.
