Unable to load user profiles - constantly
I am constantly having to create new user profiles and copy the files across from my Windows 7. I have never had this problem before, and now i have had to do this twice with my profile and three times for my daughters. I can copy the information across okay but some thing have to be personalised again. Any help on how to stop this from happening?? Thanks Clare

Hi, According the issue, I want to know what happened after you logon on your machine? Windows load a temporary profile? Or Windows hangs at that time? since you said “constantly” you try logging in. Please take the following steps to troubleshot this issue: Notice: please backup your registry before modify! 1. Click Start button, type regedit in Search bar. 2. Move to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList 3. Delete the effected profile's subfolder Hope that helps Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
