Unable to load user profiles - constantly
I am constantly having to create new user profiles and copy the files across from my Windows 7. I have never had this problem before, and now i have had to do this twice with my profile and three times for my daughters. I can copy the information across
okay but some thing have to be personalised again. Any help on how to stop this from happening??
Thanks

Hi,
According the issue, I want to know what happened after you logon on your machine? Windows load a temporary profile? Or Windows hangs at that time?
since you said “constantly” you try logging in. Please take the following steps to troubleshot this issue:
Notice: please backup your registry before modify!
1.
Click Start button, type regedit in Search bar.
2.
Move to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
3.
Delete the effected profile's subfolder
Hope that helps
