Hi, I am using Windows 7 home basic operating system. When i am installing the cisco VPN client software, i am facing issues. when i am installing the same, it is throrwing the following error - 'There was a problem starting c:\\Windows\system32\csgina.dll. The specified module could not be found'. Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue.Thanks in advance Thanks Surendra

Hi, Based on my research, this problem may be caused by the logon VPN is enabled. Please check whether the file is existing. If so, Please rename it and install the latest version Cisco VPN client again. Also, because this is the 3rd party software.
