Hi,

I have a DELL Latitude E7440 laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. I am not able to find "Modems" category in Device Manager. I have tried installing the following drivers from DELL site but still I am not able to find Modems in Device Manager:

1. Dell Wireless 5570 WWAN Mobile Broadband and GNSS (GPS) Driver

2. Dell Wireless 5808e LTE Mobile Broadband Driver and GNSS (GPS) Driver

Please let me know why Modems are not visible in Device Manager? Also I have Sierra Skylight software installed which is detecting the SIM. But I am not sure which COM port it is using. Please let me know how to find it.

About the Dell drivers, it is recommended to find it in the Dell website.
