Unable to downoad ANYTHING
When I try to download things it seems as if it's going to complete and just while it is installing it will stop and say that the path does not exist therefore not completing the download. I cannot download programs (Mozilla, media, or anything for that matter. Does anyone have any insight? I thought it had something to do with the settings until it said the path (that it was suppose to be downloaded to I'm assuming) did not exist... but that same folder does exist.

Do you download and run at the same time? Do you have a virus checker enabled to prevent execution via temp folders? What browser are you using and is protection enabled? Have you tried lowering your browser security? Where are you downloading the files to?

Hi, I would like to suggest you update the network card driver for Windows 7 first. You’d better download the latest version of the network card driver from the manufacturer’s website. If it does not work, you may try to reset the Internet Explorer settings and test the issue in Clean Boot. If the issue persists, I also would like to suggest you perform the following troubleshooting steps. 1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box and press Enter. 2. Double click to expand "Network Adaptors". 3. Right click your network card and click Properties. 4. Click Advance tab. High light Speed & Duplex. 5. If you would like to use the full functionality, please set the Value to the highest Full. 6. Click OK. Does it work? Regards, Arthur Li - MSFT
