I have Windows 7 Home Premium and Bluetooth installed in it already.All the bluetooth drivers are upto date . Bluetooth is recognising some of bluetooth devices near to me but not all device (e.g. its detecting Sony Laptop but not the HTC mobile ) morever after successful direct connection establishment, while transfering file its showing like " Bluetooth device not working,............"One more thing I could not see any Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard in my computer........Please suggest me

What is the model of your computer? I just suspect that the latest Bluetooth adapter driver is not compatible with Windows 7. I suggest you contact the computer manufacturer and ask if their device works in Windows 7 or if there is any Windows 7 compatible driver available. Meanwhile I suggest you temporary disable the antivirus and firewall, then check the result. If the issue persists please let us know if the issue occurs when transferring data with any other devices or only occurs when transferring to a specified device, such as the HTC mobile. There may be hardware compatibility issues between the adapters on the computer and the device.
