Hi I got a new Dell Inspiron N5010 with Windows 7 Pro OEM software Last month. I was able to do VioP calls , Yahoo , Gmail Voice chat also, now as soon as the call connected so much of noise is coming i could not hear any thing. I tied configure the audio setup wizard in Yahoo and Gmail even i uninstalled the sound driver and reinstalled its not working I am able to hear music and record trough internal and external microphone Kindly help me to solve this issue Regiregi

Hi, This depends on the application, network environment and the opposite side. I suggest to use Windows Messenger to have a test, because we do not support Yahoo and Gmail.
