Unable to delete some messages in windows live hotmail.
Have been using hotmail through Outlook Express but recently switched to Windows Live Hotmail. Started having some messages in my inbox which could not be deleted. Most have envelope icon which is yellow. The addresses and messages are indented in one of three places. When I try to double click with the right key on the message the screen usually disappears and goes back to the desktop. This was suggested in one of the windows live help solutions. Thought this might indicate malware infection so I scanned my computer with Malware Bytes which indicated no problem. Can someone offer a solution? I have a Dell computer running WinXP Home with SP3. 1 person needs an answerI do too

Have you tried logging into our Live account via a web browser to see if those messages exist there? If they do, try deleting them via the web interface. Then delete your Live account from WLM and re-add it. Does that help?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
