Unable to delete printer os print jobs
I have a printer and it says it is printing, but it is not. I can not delete the jobs or the printer. I have tried every thing that was posted in many of the forums from stopping the print spooler to using the command prompt nothing is working. I need to print to this printer. there is no file to delete in the Print spool folder. any suggestions?

Yes - turn the printer off, wait a minute or two then turn it back on; the job is stuck at the printer itself. If you're using a print server of any type you might want to power on/off or reset that as well. This sort of thing happens to me all the time and is not specific to Windows 7.

did you logon as administrator? try login using adminsitrator privileges and delete the print jobs. If that way not working, disconnect printer from your PC, turn of printer, wait 1-2 minutes, and turn on again the printer.
