Unable to connect problem
So I have been getting this problem on my Laptop and also 3 other computer for a month or so. one laptop including this one running on Windows 7, one desktop running on Vista, and one desktop running on Windows xp. I would be surfing the net on Mozilla Firefox and then "Unable to connect" would appear. It would last for a short period of time like about 2 min or less then the internet would be back. When that happened I click troubleshoot internet and it gave me this message " the remote device or resource won't accept the connection error ". I already checked the connection in internet properties and both auto detect as well as proxy were unchecked. I also called my service provider 2-3 weeks ago (Telus) and said they fixed something on their end but problem came back. For some reason this problem usually happens in the evening. So yea I don't know what the problem is. TIA

Hi, After checking this issue, I suggest that you could take the following steps to check it: 1. Try to disable the firewall and anti-virus software to check the result. 2. Test if the issue exists on Safe Mode with networking. 3. Did this issue occur in Internet Explorer 8? You could try Internet Explorer 8 for test. Hope it helps. Thanks.
