Hi, I have googled your error, please try the following, You might have x86 drivers in your WinPE x64 boot image, if you have remove them. Also you might need to add the nic card driver for Dell Optillex 380 to the x64 or x86 boot imagePlease bear in mind, that my answer is based on the details given in your post.
