Hello,My customer's PC was infected with malware. I ended up installing Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program which removed it. Also, I installed Panda Anti-Virus to hold the client over before I got them Kaspersky. The problem they have now is they unable to go to some of the web sites due to connection time out. For example they can easily go to cnn.com and unable to go to allrecipes.com. On my PC I checked both web site; they are accessible. I installed Flash, .NET, SilverLight, but the issue remains. I having User install Chrome and I haven't heard back yet. It seems that after their PCs were infected and I cleaned them they started having these access problems.Please send your feedback.M-L-S1 person needs an answerI do too
