I'm runing Windows Vista Ultimate on a Acer TravelMate C314CXI Tablet. I've loaded Oracle DBMS on my tablet. I'm now trying to gain access to the Oracle web pages to manage my Oracle Database. I'm new to Oracle therefore, I'm trying to learn it. I've loaded the Microsoft Loopback adapter successfully and I'm still having problems.
