Problem: Can not access files in folder all of which are encrypted. History: Windows Vista Business 32bit was used to create folder and files in folder. I encrypted the folder and files in the folder.Installed Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit over the 32bit.I am unable to open the files. I get access denied. I have tried changing owner, and permissions to no avail. Question: How do I gain access to may files and folder again? Thank you in advance.
