Original Title: 0x800ccc0FI have been unable to access Outlook Express since 16th Oct 2010. I am with talktalk and all is set up correctly - including microsoft's help pages to do so.Can you help please?

I have been unable to access Outlook Express since 16th Oct 2010. I am with talktalk and all is set up correctly - including microsoft's help pages to do so. You're in a Vista forum and Vista does not use Outlook Express. Please clarify that.Define Can't access. Please post any error message in its entirety.
