Unable to shutdown PC using "Start", "turn off computer", "Shutdown" or "Restart", nothing happen when doing this, it seems like no action has been taken. There are 2 ways for me to shutdown the PC:1) in command prompt type "shutdown -s -f -t 01"2) click "Start", "Log off user", "Switch user", "Shutdown computer", msg "Other people are connecting.... data lose...bla bla bla...", click "Yes". I don't install Roxio CD, Norton Antivirus. I use Nero, ESET smart security and AdAware 2009.Already run CCleaner, Disk Cleanup, problem not solved yet. Spec: XP pro Sp3, IE8. Please help.
