Unable to Offer remote assistance from XP Pro Sp3 machine to Windows 7
Hello,Up until all our client machines are XP. However as XP is not longer available to buy, some newer machines have Windows 7The issue is now is that when I attempt to offer remote assistance (from an xp machine) to a Windows 7 client, i receive the following message:"Automation server can't create object"Have done the usual - check windows 7 firewall, allow remote assistance , etcAny ideas?Schmills1 person needs an answerI do too
