Hello,

While trying to join a Lync online meeting on Android Mobile using Chrome browser or default Internet browser, Lync online meetings fail to start as it tries to open Lync 2013 client from Play Store even though Lync 2010 mobile client is installed and signed-in.

If someone try to join an on-line meeting on Android using Firefox browser then it's works fine as it uses installed Lync 2010 client instead of going to Play Store.

Lync 2013 mobile client is not supported with Lync 2010 server therefore Lync 2013 cline on mobile cannot be used.

Hi,

Base on my understanding, it is by design. you can't change the behavior naturally.

The workaround is to use the Lync 2010 mobile supported Internet Browser such as Firefox browser.

Thanks Eason but it has worked before. 

Also disabling JavaScript on Chrome or Android default browser do the trick.
