Unable to Access Whatsapp through TMG Server

Dear Team,

We have Microsoft TMG 2010 in our environment.

We are not able to access whatsapp application  on Cellphone using WiFi  for end users.

- We have created additional rule on TMG enabling all Inbound and Outbound  protocols.

- All other sites/urls (Facebook,Skype) are accessible

- We have opened all ports from Firewall side and there is no any blocking from firewall.

- But still we are not able to access whatsapp

Kindly help in configuring/allowing Whatsapp through TMG server.

I have also same problem , as well as with gmail application on cell phones.

Have you tried to do live logging of a request?

What requests do you see? Errors? Failures? Denies?

Do note that allowing all protocols only mean that you only allow traffic for the protocols defined in TMG. Not all IP traffic.
