Un-Mapping Network Drives
I have Win7 and I am trying to "unmap" network drives that I have previously mapped. I Disconnect them but they pop back in Explorer within a few seconds. The network drives are NAS DroboShare/Drobo configuration. I have three computers that I am trying to perm. disconnect but the connection/mapping reappears.

Hi, Please check Group Policy settings and verify whether any Map network drive policy exists. If so, please temporarliy disable it for a test. Thanks, Novak

Try to use net use /delete restart if it didnt work try to back up registry, Then open regedit and search for Mountpoint key in the \HKEY)CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer folder find the share you need removed and delete it. Good luck, Abeer
