Udpate SCEP on WinXP

Hi everybody,

I surch for a long time how to update System Center Endpoint Protection on a Windows XP pc.
The PC is : at risk, so I want to scan it, and update... I connect me with my account to this computer, I'm in the administrator group, I have all rights, but I can't do anything.
I can't "scan now", and I can't go anywhere like update/history/settings.

Does somebody had any idea how to process, from where comes the problem, or anything else ?

Thank you in advance

HI,

Can you initiate a scan from the sccm admin console? If you have applied the restrictions so that the end user cannot initiate a scan och modify any settings then that is how it is. Do the UI look like it should look?

You could use the MPcmdrun command to apply another policy which allows you to manually configure the client on the computer.

Thanks for you answer

I don't really know SCCM, I just use it to deploy software, so I look that on Monday with the responsable.

But the UI look like it should look yes. Just red and no access to the tabs (grey).
I check that and will looking at the command MPcmdrun up.

I write again on Monday, thank you
