i am a network trainer & i didn't know that USMT is not supported in windows server editions.so was shocked & ashamed when the first time started to teach USMT in my class in windows server 2012 R2 & i encountered the error message describing: "USMT
is not supported on windows server .... "
now what replacement (alternative) exist in windows server ?
imagine i have a windows server with multiple user profiles & i need to migrate them like what we doin windows 8.1

Hi,
As far as I know, local user and group migration is a part of the data and share migration process that is supported by Windows Server Migration Tools. Administrators can use Windows Server Migration Tools to migrate server roles, features, shares, operating system settings, and other data to other computers.
