I am using a digital recording interface with my laptop. The only way I get Cubase to work is if I disable a bunch of services under MSconfig. When I do this everything works and sounds great. The only problem is that USB 2.0 must have also been turned off in the process. When I go to transfer to a flash drive it takes forever. Can you tell me under the services tab which individual services can affect USB performance? Thanks all! I have a Dell Latitude D600 running XP SP3 and a Tascam US-1641.
