Hi,
I would like to suggest you stop Windows Update temporary, update the network card driver, disable antivirus program and run Windows Update again in
Clean Boot.
If it fails, would you please upload the
%windir%\WindowsUpdate.log to the public folder of
SkyDrive and provide us the link for analyzing?
