UNLOCK REGION FAILURE
WHEN I DO NOT USE THE PROGRAM ON THE SERVER FOR A LITTLE WHILE IT LOCKS UP AND I GET THE MESSAGE: UNLOCK REGION FAILURE NETWORK/HARDWARE, i DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PLEASE HELP

Which program? What is the system of the server? It seems a special error from Sage MAS 90.
