UM is enabled - but missed Lync 2013 calls not displaying in Outlook

Hi all

I have one user who has curious problems with his Exchange and Outlook 2013 account; he doesn't get missed call email notifications in his email. Sometimes he doesn't get missed call notifications in Lync either.

I asked him to check his configuration information in Lync, and he has MAPI and EWS listed as OK. He has UM enabled on his Exchange account as well.

He does have the save missed calls and save conversations ticked in his Lync account as well.

I did look through the other posts on here pertaining to Lync but as it is one user none have applied.

- the user does have UM enabled, the correct settings on the Lync server.

I ran a check also in powershell not just the GUI

Any ideas?

thanks.

Hi,

Did the issue happen only for him or for multiple users?

If UM is configured properly check the UM mailbox policy in exchange if missed call notification is turned in the policy, also check the UM mailbox by using get-ummailbox username  to see if missed call notification is turned off on mailbox level.

Hi Eason

This is only happening for one user in our hybrid environment. Ok I will do more ummailbox commands and let you know. Please don't mark this as the answer yet.
